Turning Point Life Care Planning provides expert life care planning for people of all ages who have a chronic health condition or have experienced injuries including: Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Soft Tissue, Chronic Pain and Psychiatric Disability.

Our Certified Life Care Planners participate in the latest continuing education, contribute to the profession of life care planning through presentations and authoring journal articles.  We take pride in following the standard methodology set out by ICHCC which includes:  conducting comprehensive home assessments, developing goals in partnership with the evaluee, collaborating with treating providers, and providing evidence based recommendations for future care. Partnering with our experienced OT-Certified Life Care Planners results in a well-organized, concise plan of care covering the lifetime needs of an evaluee that is defensible in court proceedings.
